What it costs
- $10 per month, billed monthly
- $100 per year — two months free compared with monthly
- Free for the first year if Apex Reserve Group ran your cost segregation study
Every plan includes unlimited properties, unlimited time entries, every tax year you want to track, spouse and partner hour tracking, bulk import, and the IRS Defense Package export.
Why there is only one plan
Tiered pricing in compliance software usually means the documentation that actually survives an audit sits behind the expensive tier. That is backwards. The whole reason to track hours is the file you hand your CPA if a notice arrives, so it ships with every account.
Billing questions
Can I cancel? Yes, from Settings, at any time. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, your data stays where it is, and you can export it whenever you like.
What happens to my data if I cancel? It is preserved. If you come back later your properties, time entries and tax years are still there.
Do I need a card to try it? You will be asked for one at checkout. If you would rather look around first, sign up and use the app before subscribing.
Is there a discount for cost segregation clients? Yes — clients whose study was run by Apex Reserve Group get the first year at no cost. If that is you and you are not seeing it, email info@repstatus.io.
